Common questions

I didn't get a receipt.

Receipts are sent to the email or phone number you entered at checkout. Check your spam folder, or look up your session at curblet.app/receipt.

I can't scan the QR code.

Open your phone's camera and point it at the code. If that doesn't work, type the URL shown on the sign directly into your browser.

I need a refund.

Call or text us at +1 (910) 543-2232 with your license plate and lot number. We'll get it sorted.

The lot says it's reserved but I need to park.

When a lot is reserved for the full day, hourly parking is unavailable. Please check nearby lots or contact us for help.

I'm a lot operator and need help with setup.
